How to inspect the painting phase? Don't just look at colors for putty, primer, latex paint, and wall cracks
Paint work determines the final appearance of walls and can also expose underlying foundation issues. Putty, primer, latex paint, seam treatment, drying time, and construction rhythm should all be included in inspection.

The painting phase is the developer of base layer problems
Wall cracking, efflorescence, peeling, odor, and color difference are often not problems with the final coat of paint, but issues with the base layer, putty, primer, joints, and drying time that weren't handled properly.
Materials and processes must be clearly documented
Whether the putty is water-resistant, whether the primer is compatible, the latex paint model and batch number, corner treatments, joint reinforcement, construction intervals, and ventilation time should all be specified. Don't accept vague statements like "the package is all the same."
Relationship with whole-home customization
Wall flatness, corners, and door opening dimensions affect allvs whole-home customization's edge finishing, side panels, and visual integrity. After painting is complete, the wall condition should be rechecked before cabinet installation.
