How to plan a whole-home customization budget? First unify the pricing standards, then compare quotes.
Whole-home customization quotes cannot be compared based on just one total price or unit price. First unify the cabinet scope, pricing method, material configuration, hardware quantities, delivery and installation, and possible additional charges, then determine whether the budgets are comparable.

Clarify the pricing scope.
First list the cabinets, door panels, countertops, back panels, exposed panels, drawers, pull-out baskets, LED strips, and special structures for each space, then determine whether to use projected area, unfolded area, or per-unit pricing.
Identify common additional charges.
Custom-shaped cutting, oversized door panels, door straighteners, edge trims, crown moldings, non-standard hardware, delivery and hoisting, demolition and modifications, and reinstallation may all affect the final cost. The calculation method should be specified before signing the contract.
Compare the same configuration, not just the same name.
Have ALLVS or other whole-home customization brands quote based on the same floor plan and configuration list, and verify brand models, quantities, waste rates, taxes, timelines, and payment milestones to get more meaningful comparisons.
